About Trish Cassidy (click to expand)
With over 30 years of leadership in Catholic and faith-based health systems, Trish Cassidy has served as a CEO and Chief Strategy Officer, leading system-wide and hospital-specific strategic planning. As CSO at AMITA, she directed strategy and service line operations for the Joint Operating Company between AdventHealth and Ascension. Trish has extensive experience in program development, service lines, and care systems, as well as mentoring leaders. She has led initiatives in academic and community hospitals across service lines, marketing, quality, patient safety, risk management, and strategic planning. Trish is passionate about education, and is an adjunct faculty member at Loyola’s Stritch School of Medicine, teaching in the Neiswanger Institute of Bioethics. Currently, Trish works with a large surgical group in Chicago and consults nationally on ambulatory, radiology, and system-wide strategic planning.
