John DiMucci:
John DiMucci serves as the Director of Sponsorship and Mission Services for the Sisters of Charity of Saint Elizabeth and is the Executive Director of Seton Ministries, Inc. He joined the Sisters of Charity in these roles in September 2019, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience in canonical sponsorship, higher education, and health care education.

Beyond his professional work, John dedicated nine years to the Board of Su Casa / the Central American Martyrs Center in Chicago, serving two terms as president. A Philadelphia native, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Neumann University and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from the University of Dayton.

After spending 18 years in Chicago, John now calls New Jersey home. In his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar, browsing thrift stores, and attending live theater. A passionate home cook, his eggplant parmigiana is a crowd favorite—winning over both vegetarians and meat lovers alike.

David Schmitz:
David Schmitz is a (mostly) retired management consultant with over 35 years of experience advising financial institutions—primarily insurance companies—on strategy, operations, and technology. Throughout his career, he worked for two global professional services firms, providing support to more than 70 organizations.

Born in Milwaukee, David is a graduate of Marquette University and has held various leadership roles, from building new practices to leading industry forums and talent management.

Now embracing a slower pace, he resides in coastal North Carolina with his wife of 37 years. While he still dabbles in consulting, he spends much of his free time playing pickleball and tennis or taking long walks with his new puppy.

Pauline Little:
Born in the Philippines and raised on the West Coast, Pauline Little is an assistant chaplain at Saint Thomas More Catholic Chapel and Center at Yale, where she primarily supports graduate and post-doctoral students. Her career in campus ministry includes roles at DePaul, Loyola Chicago, and Fordham University, followed by five years as a clinical chaplain at Yale Hospital.

Pauline holds a BA in Communications from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Master’s in Pastoral Ministry from the University of Dayton. She is also a board-certified chaplain with the National Association of Catholic Chaplains.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Brent, reading in coffee shops, traveling, hiking, and podcasts. She also makes frequent trips to Chicago to visit family.
